International shipments

Lumirra Collective is proudly Australia based, but we love shipping worldwide.

Please note: For customers located in the United States, Canada, and New Zealand, shipping costs may be higher due to the size and fragile nature of our artworks. To ensure you receive an accurate shipping price, Lumirra Collective will provide a custom shipping quote prior to purchase. Please note that shipping quotes do not include any applicable taxes or duties.

As a small business, I aim to be as open and transparent as possible — I’ve worked to keep shipping rates as fair as I can while ensuring each piece is safely delivered.

An unframed option is available, which significantly reduces shipping costs.


Production & Dispatch Times

All works are printed to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for production. This allows each piece to be carefully printed, assembled, and quality checked before dispatch.

Estimated shipping times:
• Australia: 8–14 business days
• International: 8-14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Framed pieces are securely protected and shipped in boxed packaging to minimise movement and reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Unframed works are shipped flat packs or in protective tubes, depending on size. This method prevents bending, creasing, and damage during transit, and is the safest and most reliable way to ship artwork.

Each order is packed with care to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

Will my print include a watermark?

No. All prints are produced in the highest possible quality and do not include any watermarks.

Are the photographs authentic?

Yes. Every image is scanned from a genuine historical negative. These are real moments captured in time, not AI images or modern photographs made to look old.

How old are the images?

The majority of images in Lumirra Collective originate from original photographic negatives and glass plates, some over 100 years old, dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. Each image is carefully scanned and restored, then produced as a brand new print made to order.

Why do some images show imperfections?

Many negatives have survived for over a century. Natural aging, handling, and storage conditions can leave marks or imperfections. We believe these details tell the story of the photograph’s journey through time and are a reminder that you’re viewing real history.

Can I use the print for commercial purposes

Prints are sold for personal use and display. If you’re interested in licensing an image for commercial use, please contact us directly to discuss options

Can I order an image in a different size?

Yes, in many cases custom sizing is possible. If you’re after a size not listed on the website, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s achievable based on the original negative’s quality.

Will the print look exactly like what I see on my screen?

Every effort is made to accurately represent each image online. However, slight variations in tone, brightness, or contrast can occur due to differences in screen calibration and the printing process. In most cases, your physical print will reveal even more detail and depth than what is visible on screen.
