Refund policy

At Lumirra Collective, all artworks are made to order. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Replacements or Refunds are only accepted if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item.

To report an issue, please contact us at contact@lumirracollective.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your artwork is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

All artworks are carefully inspected and securely packaged using protective materials designed specifically for framed artwork and glass, to help ensure each piece arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection or sizing
  • Custom or made to order items

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, a replacement will be arranged.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued where a replacement is not possible.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.


Shipping

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 8–14 business days.
