Our store is powered by Shopify.

2. ORIGINAL WORK & AUTHENTICITY

All works presented by Lumirra Collective are created from original photographic negatives or archival source materials and restored through a proprietary artistic process.

Limited editions may be offered at our discretion, and edition sizes may change over time.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content across the Services—including images, restorations, processes, branding, text, and design—is the exclusive intellectual property of Lumirra Collective.

This protection applies to:

  • Final restored artworks
  • Restoration techniques and processes
  • Artistic interpretation

All rights are reserved. No rights are transferred unless explicitly stated.

4. PERMITTED USE (PERSONAL USE ONLY)

Purchases grant you a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

You do not acquire ownership or copyright under any circumstances.

5. STRICT PROHIBITIONS – USE, REPRODUCTION & DIGITISATION

Without prior written consent, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Copying, reproducing, or recreating any image
  • Scanning, photographing, or digitising prints
  • Uploading images into editing software, AI tools, or enhancement platforms
  • Replicating restoration style or outcomes
  • Creating derivative works
  • Sharing, publishing, or distributing images
  • Commercial use, resale, licensing, or reproduction

No Digitisation Clause:
Purchased prints must not be scanned, photographed for reproduction, or converted into digital form.

No Resale Clause:
Prints may not be resold, licensed, or used commercially without written permission.

6. AI & TECHNOLOGY RESTRICTIONS

You may not use any content for:

  • Artificial intelligence training
  • Machine learning datasets
  • Generative or enhancement tools
  • Reverse-engineering techniques

Lumirra Collective’s work is expressly excluded from automated or algorithmic reproduction.

7. ACCOUNTS & ACCESS

To use our Services, you may be required to provide accurate personal, billing, and shipping information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • All activity under your account

Accounts may not be transferred or shared.

8. PRODUCTS & PRINT SALES

All prints are made to order as fine art pieces.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • You are purchasing a physical artwork only
  • All intellectual property rights remain with Lumirra Collective
  • Variations in tone, texture, and finish may occur

We do not guarantee that on-screen images will perfectly match physical prints.

9. ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline orders
  • Cancel or modify orders if necessary

Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed.

10. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in AUD
  • Prices may change without notice
  • Prices exclude shipping, taxes, and customs unless stated

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorisation.

11. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Couriers
  • Customs
  • External factors

Risk transfers to the customer once the order is dispatched.

12. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the bespoke nature of each print:

  • No change-of-mind returns
  • Refunds/replacements only for damaged or faulty items
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery

13. COMMISSIONED WORK

For restoration services:

  • Lumirra Collective retains ownership unless agreed otherwise
  • Clients receive a personal-use licence only
  • Commercial use requires written permission

We may showcase commissioned works unless otherwise agreed.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & SHOPIFY

Our store is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Lumirra Collective.

We are not responsible for third-party tools, links, or external services.

15. FEEDBACK

Any feedback or submissions you provide may be used by Lumirra Collective without restriction or compensation.

16. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property
  • Transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems
  • Interfere with site functionality

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
