At Lumirra Collective, each artwork is carefully restored, printed, and where applicable, framed to order. We take great care in preparing every piece to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Times

All orders are made to order.

Please allow 3–7 business days for production prior to dispatch. During peak periods or high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 5–10 business days
  • New Zealand: 8–14 business days
  • United States & Canada: 8–14 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Due to the size and fragile nature of framed artworks, shipping rates may vary significantly depending on the product selected.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the shipment reaches your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lumirra Collective is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged using protective materials specifically designed for fine art and glass.

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@lumirracollective.com, including clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Lumirra Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
